Arnold, Tim - from Germany

Journalist. Principal in the public sector practice of The Boston Consulting Group in Germany and Austria. He is based in the Cologne office of BCG and focuses on people and organisation topics. Before joining BCG in 2015, Tim held leadership positions at Bertelsmann, ProSiebenSat.1, Vodafone and the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA).
Strategic consultant to the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. Prior to this, he headed the capital representation of the state of NRW for five years. He was the head of the allegedly independent voter initiative "Wähler für den Wechsel" ("Voters for Change") in favor of Jürgen Rüttgers, which was financed by the CDU. Arnold has been a member of the CDU for many years.
