CATO Institute

The Cato Institute is one of the US economic-political think tanks. The institute sees itself in the tradition of classical liberalism. The self-concept of the think tank is to promote political debates that take into account values such as individual freedom, free market economy, minimal state and peace. It is considered by many governments to be the strongest advocate of the privatization of social security. International is firmly committed to the think tank for free trade, but rejects the support of developing countries through the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
